Booking terms and conditions

  • Courses are provided in English.
  • Candidates are required to provide identification.
  • Refreshments will be served (please bring food if you need it).
  • A 30 minutes break will be provided halfway through the course.
  • Certificates are forwarded by post within 14 days after course completion.
  • A refund will only be available for cancellations made 14 days in advance of the course (although you may be able to transfer to an alternative date if available).
  • Those who fail to pass can book a resit examination for £15.
