- 672 tenants took part out of a total of 2,778.
- Seven out of ten, or 70% of tenants who responded said they are satisfied with the overall Housing services provided by the Council.

This is the information we will report to the Regulator of Social Housing. The Regulator requires social landlords to collect Tenant Satisfaction Measures to allow tenants to scrutinise their landlord’s performance and give insights to landlords on where they might look to improve their services.
The results for all social landlords for last year are available on GOV.UK.
