It is important to us that you are satisfied with the area in which you live. This is why we want to do more to help improve our estates and local communities. We are looking for tenants who can make important contributions to the quality of where they live by becoming an Estate Inspector.
What would I do?
As a Resident Inspector, you would look for and monitor all communal areas in your estate.
This could include play areas, communal stairways and landings, refuse/bin services, and landscaping in and around properties.
How much time would I need to dedicate?
We would ask that you dedicate 1 hour a month to do a walkabout within your area and inform us if your communal areas are or are not up to scratch.
