Some people are unable or prefer not to attend meetings. Be Heard from Home surveys gives these people an opportunity to have their say and to ensure everyone has a voice, capture views and opinions, and review our services in your own time and without leaving your home.
What would I do?
You will be invited to give us your feedback through an online survey. The survey will be based on a new or reviewed policy, procedure or strategy that we would be consulting on at that particular time.
We would also provide an easy to read version of the item we are consulting on, and wish that you read this before completing the survey so you have a full understanding on what we’re consulting on and why.
How much time would I need to dedicate?
Each survey would take between 5 – 15 minutes to complete. We would not expect you to take part in every survey, but we would welcome your feedback six times a year.
