Under the "key proposals", we have outlined some of the council’s ideas on potential improvement plans. These initiatives are designed to create a safer, more vibrant, and inclusive environment for everyone who lives here.
Please note that not all of the ideas outlined will be implemented; some will move forward depending on resident feedback, feasibility, and available resources.

- Play Facilities for Young People
- Designated areas tailored to different age groups
- Safe and stimulating spaces for recreation
- Community Garden
- Opportunities to grow plants and vegetables
- Spaces to foster social connections
- Practical Additions
- New bike stores and bin stores to improve convenience and sustainability
- Upgrade to the emergency access area
- Relaxation & Gathering Spaces
- Benches and tables for outdoor use
- Upgraded lighting and CCTV to enhance safety
- Sports & Leisure Opportunities
- Basketball court at the rear of Hampshire Court
- Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA)
- Improvements around the concrete wall behind Middlesex Court leading to the play area
- Parking and Estate Road
- Residents parking permit scheme (to restrict vehicles)
- Repaint and reorganise bays
- Additional bollards or planters
