Focus Groups are an opportunity for you and other tenants and leaseholders to act as critical friends on our policies, procedures, and services. To meet with Council staff in person or via online allows us to have a deeper understanding of your tenant experience and where we need to improve.
What would I do?
You will be invited to join us, in person or online, to have a discussion with us and other tenants and leaseholders and share your views and experience on a particular item we are consulting on.
We would also provide an easy-to-read version of the item we are consulting on and wish that you read this before attending the focus group so you have a full understanding of what we are consulting on and why.
How much time would I need to dedicate?
Each focus group would take around 1 hour and would either take place online or in person. We would not expect you to take part in every focus group, but we would welcome your attendance three times a year.
