Becoming a Digital Champion is a good way to get involved from the comfort of your own home. You will send us your feedback electronically, at a time that suits you. We are investing in our digital services, and we would like you to tell us how well they work for you.
What would I do?
You will be invited to give us feedback on our digital platforms taking into consideration the functionality, user friendliness, accessibility, or suggestions of missed opportunities. Your feedback will then be used to help us improve, adapt, and advance our services.
Is it for me?
As a Digital Champion, you will need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet. We will get in touch with you when a digital service is new or under review. You do not have to take part in every digital service, but we would welcome your feedback as many times as possible.
