DBS update service
All Runnymede Hackney Carriage or Private Hire Licenced drivers must subscribe to the DBS update service to allow the authority to carry out online checks every 6 months from the grant of the initial licence. .
How do you register for the Update Service?
You can register for the update service in two ways
1. At the time you apply for your DBS using the application reference number
2. Wait until your certificate arrives and then register within 30 days of receiving it using the reference number on the DBS Certificate. Use the link below to register your certificate and keep your subscription up to date
Please note - A subscription to the Update Service lasts for one year, it is your responsibility to ensure your subscription is kept up to date.
