If you are not satisfied about how we have handled your request, including any delays, or to our decision / response to your request for information, you have the right to ask for an internal review.
- They should be made within 40 working days of receiving our decision / response.
- We will respond to all internal reviews within 40 working days of receiving them.
- It is a single-stage process.
If subsequently you are not satisfied with the Council's decision you may apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the internal review procedure provided by the Council.
