Move Your Mind
Move Your Mind is a new outdoor wellbeing programme designed specifically for teenagers, delivered as part of our wider Fitness in the Park initiative.
These free, 30-minute sessions focus on supporting young people through exam pressure and everyday stress. Using simple breathing techniques, gentle stretching, and mindful movement, participants will learn practical ways to relax, reset, and build a more positive mindset.
Sessions are designed to be welcoming, informal, and supportive - no experience needed. Whether it’s coping with exams, improving focus, or just taking a break from a busy schedule, Move Your Mind offers a calm space outdoors to recharge.
The programme will run across Addlestone and Chertsey, with multiple dates available.
Booking Information and Timetable
All sessions are free to attend, but booking is required.
- Tickets are required for both teenagers and parents/carers attending
- Sessions are delivered outdoors and last approximately 30 minutes
- Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for light movement bring a mat and a bottle of water
