We think it is important to explain to our tenants how their rent is spent. Some of this information was included in the Annual Report posted to all tenants, but there were a few more items we wanted to tell you about
- Our rent collection has improved the proportion of homes that are classed as a 'Decent standard' under the governments ‘Decent Homes’ scheme
- Kitchen and bathrooms, boilers and wiring contracts are in progress to improve this measure further
- We are currently upgrading our IT systems to improve your experience of dealing with us.
Our Planned Works team has recently received a certificate from the Council's Standards and Audit Committee to recognise the number of compliments they have received for their work this year.
