What can the lounge be used for?
The communal loungers are available for all IRL residents, and they can be used for
- family visits
- coffee mornings
- celebrations and events
- festivities
- fitness sessions
- selling appropriate items
- tenant association meetings
The lounges cannot be booked out by residents and will always remain open to all those that reside in the IRL.
We encourage residents to use the lounges for such activities, but please ask the scheme manager for permission first.
Polite reminder
Residents must not leave their personal items in the communal lounges. If they are left there, scheme managers will write to you to ask for your items to be removed. If the item is left in the communal lounge the scheme manager will have it removed.
