Egham and Staines Conservation Volunteers meet once a fortnight throughout the year in the Runnymede and Spelthorne areas. We perform a variety of tasks, all aimed at improving the local environment.

Learn new skills. All tools and refreshments are provided.

Be part of a team

Make a difference for nature and people. Remove invasive species and encourage native ones. Introduce the next generation to the benefits fo green space.

Alternative Sundays 10am - 1pm

22 January 2023 - Staines Park

With the friends of Staines park we will be cutting back bramble areas. Parking in Burges Way. Location: TW18 1AJ (nearest)

5 February 2023 - The Ranges

Bringing back some of the mature willows into rotation. Parking in Docket Eddy Road. Location TW17 9NT (nearest)

19 February 2023 - Sayers Court

With Runnymede council we are tree planting near the river Bourne in Sayes Court open space. Parking in car park off Liberty Lane. Location: KT15 1PX (nearest)

5 March  2023 - Laleham Pond

More work in and around this pond for wildlife. Parking at the Scout site next to the pond. Location: TW18 1RU (nearest)

19 March 2023 - Fordbridge Field 

With Spelthorne council, creating a dead hedge at the field edge. Location: TW15 3SE (nearest)
