What is the Junior Ranger Project?
The Runnymede Junior Ranger Project is a hands-on, outdoor programme designed to inspire and empower young people to care for and protect their local green spaces.
Taking place once a month from September 2025 to February 2026, the sessions are packed with practical conservation activities such as:
- Tree and shrub planting
- Litter picking and environmental clean-ups
- Deadwood fencing
- Pond clearing
- Wildlife habitat creation
- And much more!
You’ll learn real conservation skills, work as a team, and help improve parks and natural areas across Runnymede - all while having fun outdoors.
