1. Details of the complaints procedure (as outlined in the application) for residents to raise concerns about the maintenance of the site must be displayed on the site notice board.
2. A record of all complaints must be kept for a minimum of 12 months (from the date of the last action in respect of any given complaint) and include; date complaint received, nature of complaint, action taken to resolve the complaint.
3. A copy of the complaint records required by condition two must be provided to the Local Authority within 14 days of a written request from officers of Runnymede Borough Council.
