The Regulatory Committee consists of five Members. Meetings take place five times a year to discuss:
- licensing of hackney carriages and private hire vehicles, drivers and operators
- licensing of charity collections
- matters under the Gambling Act 2005
- sexual entertainment venues
- any other licensing matter not covered by the Licensing Act 2003
