The stress of worrying about finances can take its toll. Here are some helpful places to go if you find yourself needing help.

If you need immediate support

  • For Samaritans call 116 123
  • For urgent medical needs call your GP or NHS 111
  • If you are in a life-threatening situation call 999

Whatever you are going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. We are here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

When you are living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information is vital.
