Threshold
A victim must have reported three or more qualifying complaints of antisocial behaviour.
A qualifying complaint is
- Where the ASB was reported within one month of the alleged behaviour taking place; and
- The application to use the ASB Case Review is made within 6-months of the ASB occurring.
Each report must be a separate incident which is related to the same ASB case, therefore an ASB report regarding a different case will not count towards the threshold but may be considered as part of the cumulative impact on the victim.
