Yes, the rooms will be prepared by Hall Staff.

Yes, by appointment and our Hall has a virtual tour

To arrange a hall viewing call 01784 456102.

If there is less than two months to your event you will need to pay at the time of booking. When there is more than two months you can either

  • pay in full 
  • opt to have an invoice which will need to be paid two months before your event date

You will be able to access the hall for the period of your booking. When making your booking make sure you give yourself enough time before and after your event for setting up and clearing up.

Yes. All hired facilities and communal areas used (including toilets) must be left clean and tidy (as you found them). Rubbish must be bagged and placed in the bins outside. The dishwasher should be emptied and all crockery put away. We provide a mop and bucket but you will need to provide your own cleaning materials and bags for the rubbish.

Yes, the hirer must be over 21.
