Our objectives for community engagement
- To create and nurture relationships between residents, the council and the diverse groups that work in the borough
- To understand people’s experiences of the services they use and the neighbourhoods they live, work, visit and run businesses in. We want to employ this local expertise to improve people’s wellbeing, the quality of our places and the quality of our services
- To enable good, fair and informed decision making through building confident, skilled, active and influential communities
