Social housing decarbonisation fund
We have applied for over £1.2m grant funding to insulate homes as part of a £4m programme.
If we are successful, 255 tenants will benefit from more energy efficient homes. This is part of our commitment to reduce emissions from our housing stock, meet the Net Zero target and support residents to reduce their energy bills.
The work is due to start in August 2023. We have selected properties with the lowest energy performance certificate, meaning they produced more carbon dioxide which is damaging to the environment. Affected tenants will be contacted shortly to discuss the process with us.
