Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2023

Runnymede Borough Council have commissioned Acuity, a market research company that specialises in the social housing sector, to carry out a satisfaction survey. 

What is the survey about?

Your views are important and this survey is to understand what tenants think about their home, the Housing Services provided by Runnymede Borough Council and the improvements needed.

It is similar to last year’s satisfaction survey and the standardised questions used by other landlords. It incorporates the Tenant Satisfaction Measures  introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing in April this year.

All Runnymede Council tenants will be invited to take part during October and November 2023.

Who are Acuity?

Acuity  Research & Practice have been providing consultancy services to the social housing sector for over 25 years.

How can you take part?

All tenants will receive a letter about the survey from Runnymede Council and Acuity.  There are several ways you can take part:

  • Postal questionnaires 

Use the FREEPOST envelope to return your completed survey.

  • Completing the survey online

When you get your letter, scan the QR or use your unique reference code to complete the survey online.


If we have your email address, Acuity will send you a link to complete the survey online.

  • Telephone surveys 

In November, Acuity will be calling around 100 tenants who have not yet completed a survey, inviting them to take part in the survey with a telephone interviewer.

What next?

The results will be published in January 2024 and reported to the Regulator of Social Housing
