Ensuring tenants feel safe in their home is important to us.
We want to improve how we handle reports of anti-social behaviour, and are asking tenants for their assistance in shaping what we do.
This includes reviewing how tenants report issues to us and how we keep you updated once a report of anti-social behaviour has been made.
We are inviting Runnymede Council tenants to take part in a 1 hour long focus group.
Vouchers are being offered as thank you to everyone who takes part and participates in the review.
