Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy
We are consulting on our draft Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement Strategy.
Runnymede Borough Council recognises that it needs to improve how we listen and work with our tenants and leaseholders. We aim to create a culture within the Council that values tenant and leaseholder engagement and places the voices of our customers at the centre of the Council’s strategic decisions and priorities.
The views of tenants and leaseholders gives the Council the best insight into their priorities and the quality of our services. This enables us to make improvements that deliver increased customer satisfaction and better value for money. Take our online survey or attend one of our virtual meetings to tell us your views
We want our Council tenants and leaseholders to feel that they are being listened to. We want to demonstrate this in giving tenants and leaseholders greater influence over the services we provide, which means that you will see changes in your environment that you help to shape as our engagement service develops.
What do we mean by Tenant and Leaseholder Engagement?
We define tenant and leaseholder engagement as a process that gives our customers the opportunity to get involved in improving the services we provide them. It means having a two-way conversation so we can understand our services from the perspective of tenants and leaseholders and make changes that are important to them.
