  • Q1: What will the Addlestone ONE Development consist of?


    The Development will create 213 residential apartments of sizes varying from 1 to 3 bedrooms. There will also be a 6 screen cinema, a Waitrose supermarket and a 101 bedroom Premier Inn. In addition there will be an Achieve Lifestyle Gym and several new restaurants and shops.

  • Q2: What are the benefits of the development?


    The development will provide Addlestone with a retail destination. It will also create at least 300 construction jobs but also at least 200 jobs in the completed development.

  • Q3: When will the development work start and finish?


    Preparation works began on 2 March 2015 and the main construction work started on 6 October 2015. The development will be completed in November 2017.

  • Q4: How can I find out about housing in the new development?


    Information on the cost of the new apartments to buy and rent will be available from summer 2016.

  • Q5: Where can we park while the work is underway?


    Garfield Road car park will remain available for public use until May 2016, when the multi-storey car park will be opened.

  • Q6: What is going to happen about the increased traffic in Addlestone?


    The developer will improved traffic management using the existing road network. Two new roads will access the development from Garfield Road. There will be an exit onto Station Road for delivery vehicles to the supermarket and for emergency vehicle use.

  • Q7: Will the building work be noisy?


    During the construction work there may be some additional noise during the daytime. However Bouygues UK is a 'considerate contractor', therefore the hours of work on site will be restricted to avoid unnecessary nuisance out of normal working hours.

  • Q8: What affect will the development have on our trees?


    Several trees have been removed from the site in early March 2015. However once the building work has been completed and the season for planting arrives, trees and other plants will be provided across the new development to make it an attractive space to visit.

  • Q9: Where will Easymobility be moved to?


    Easymobility is being relocated to 258 Station Road and is now known as Max Care and Mobility.
