Runnymede 2030 Local Plan (Emerging)

The Local Plan will set out the amount of development expected to come forward in the borough over the next 15 years and where this should be located.

The Runnymede 2030 Draft Local Plan consultation has now commenced, information regarding this consultation can be found on the Runnymede Local Plan Consultation Page. The supporting evidence base to the Draft Local Plan can be found on the Evidence Base Documents pages. Recently published evidence base documents (those published in January 2018) include:

For the latest news follow the Local Plan update reports that are reported to every Planning Committee meeting and provide an update on the Local Plan's progress.

The Local Plan update is reported to committee every three weeks.

Committee reports will be available on the council's website one week before a committee meeting is held on the Forthcoming Agendas page and all reports can be found at Planning Committee - agendas.
