  • Committee Agendas/Minutes

    Council business is conducted through a network of Committees and Sub Committees, each comprising of between 5 and 15 Councillors. Agendas and Minutes are produced for all Council and Committee Meetings.

  • Committees Diary

    All meetings of Council and the Service Committees commence at 7.30pm and are held in the Council Chamber or Committee Room at the Runnymede Civic Centre, Addlestone, unless otherwise stated. If you wish to view future months go to drop down box, select month and year and press 'Go'. You can also click on a date to see events for that particular day.

    Allowances are paid to Councillors and details publicised

  • Councillor Code of Conduct

    Councillors and co-opted Members of the Council are required to observe a code of conduct.

  • Council's Constitution

    The Constitution is a legal document that sets out how we operate, how decisions are made and the procedures we follow.

    The Council has 42 Councillors, three of each for the 14 wards, elected to represent the public

  • Decision making process

    Councillors are responsible for the overall policy direction of the Council and take all of the significant decisions concerning the Authority's services and expenditure.

  • Compliments and complaints about Councillors

    When they take office our Councillors and co-opted Members are required to abide by a Code of Conduct made under the Localism Act 2011.
