The Southampton to London Pipeline Project, being run by Esso, seeks to replace an existing aviation fuel pipeline between the Fawley Refinery near Southampton, to the West London Terminal storage facility in Hounslow.
The original 102km pipeline was installed in 1972, and 90km is now being replaced as a single Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project, part of which runs through Runnymede.
Following a period of consultation Esso has outlined its preferred route which it believes will not be under any existing homes.
The latest consultation will run until 19 February.
During this period Esso will hold two events. The first is in Farnbrough at the Cody Sports and Social Club, in Old Ively Road, GU14 0FE. This will run from 2pm to 8pm on Tuesday, 5 February.
The second is closer to the borough and is taking place on Saturday, 9 February in Ashford at the Salvation Army in Woodthorpe Road, TW15 3JY.
More details can be found on the applicant's website.
Alternatively the Council is holding a copy of the information booklet at its reception in the Civic Centre, Addlestone, Station Road.
