Legislation, regulation, tax challenges and help with lettings are topics being covered at a landlords' forum taking place at the Civic Centre in Addlestone on 7 November.
Organised by Magna Carta Lettings, Runnymede Borough Council's private rented lettings service, the forum is open to all landlords in the borough. Legal and regulation issues facing landlords will be explored by a representative of the National Landlords Association while the topic of tax for those letting properties will be discussed by Kreston Reeves Accountants.
Magna Carta Lettings will explain the service available through the Council as well as the recent expansion of what is offered and there will also be information from Happy Energy on the heating and insulation grants available to landlords.
Free to attend
The forum starts at 6pm, with arrival from 5.45pm, and is free to attend but confirmation of attendance via EventBrite is requested. Refreshments are available through out. Further information about the event is available by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01932 425870.
