We have 26 notice boards around the borough, which display notices for Council, charity and community events.
We change the notice board posters fortnightly on a Monday morning. If your poster is time sensitive, we ask that they be sent to us at least three weeks before the date of the event. There are limited number of spaces available, and during busy periods we may not be able to display your posters in the next cycle, even if they have arrived in good time, but we will always try to display them for as long as possible before your event.
During an election, there are certain statutory notices which have to be displayed, so please bear in mind that we will have restricted space available.
To display posters
To request posters be displayed on all noticeboards, please send 26 copies in A4 portrait format to the following address. If you only want posters to be displayed in a specific town or village, please send a smaller number and specify which local area:

Any flyers or posters that are not in the correct format, such as A5 flyers or A4 landscape posters.
Posters for profit making events or organisations
Posters which promote or support political views or activities
Posters that could be seen to be discriminatory or deemed inappropriate.
We prioritise posters from groups which are based in the borough, or which promote events taking place within the borough.
