Thorpe Neighbourhood Forum events
Thorpe Neighbourhood Forum is holding two events to find out more about what the community does and doesn't like about the village.
The forum was set up through the Localism Act 2011 under the right for communities to have their own neighbourhood planning. The forum events are planned for Friday March 31, from 3pm to 8pm, and Saturday April 1, from 11am to 4pm. The events have been organised by the forum to provide the opportunity for people to have their say on the priorities within future development in Thorpe.
The Environment Agency will also be at events to provide more information about the River Thames Scheme that is proposed to pass through the village.
The events both take place in the Rutherwyke Room, behind St Mary's Church in Thorpe.
Further details are available on the Thorpe Neighbourhood Forum website.
