On Thursday 23 June 2016 a referendum was held to decide on the question: Should the United Kingdom remain a member of the European Union or leave the European Union?

Results for Runnymede

The total number of ballot papers counted was: 44,326

The number of votes cast in favour of REMAIN was: 20,259

The number of votes cast in favour of LEAVE was: 24,035

The total number of ballot papers rejected was: 32

Turn out was 76.1%
