Chief Executive Officer.

The Chief Executive's Group is made up of the Personnel and Information Technology Sections together with the Chief Executive and his Secretary. The Department also includes the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, an Administrative Assistant and the post of Information and Communication Strategy Programme Manager.

Tim Williams

Director of Administration and Leisure.

The Department of Administration and Leisure is the former Borough Secretary and Leisure Services Department.

It covers a wide range of work, including providing and maintaining facilities on the ground, managing the various services, and professional work and advice.

Andrew Pearson

Director of Finance.

The Finance Department is divided into three main divisions, all based at the Civic Offices in Addlestone.

These are

a) Revenues

b) Audit and Insurance and

c) Accountancy and Payments

Director of Housing & Community Services.

The role of the Housing and Community Services Department is to:

a) Assess the housing needs of the Borough

b) Facilitate the provision of affordable housing to meet identified needs

c) Manage the Council's existing housing stock

d) Provide community services for older people

Deborah Blowers

Director of Technical Services.

The Technical Services Department is divided into three divisions

a) Engineering

b) Environmental Protection

c) Planning together with the Safer Runnymede Section and an overall Administration Section.
