Council departments

The management team at Runnymede consists of the Chief Executive, and two directors, supported by a head of two departments.

Chief Executive The Chief Executive's Group is made up of the Personnel and Information Technology Sections as well as Communications and the Chief Executive's PA.	Paul Turrell
Director of Housing and Community Services The role of the Housing and Community Services Department is to: assess the housing needs of the Borough facilitate the provision of affordable housing to meet identified needs manage the Council's existing housing stock provide community services for older people manage the Council's leisure facilities	Deborah Blowers
Director of Technical Services The Technical Services Department is divided into three divisions engineering Environmental Protection Planning together with the Safer Runnymede Section and an overall Administration Section.	Peter Sims
Corporate Head of Governance and Assets The Department covers a wide range of work, including Legal, Committee Services, Property, Elections and Local Land Charges.	Mario Leo
Corporate Head of Finance The Finance Department is divided into three main divisions, all based at the Runnymede Civic Centre. These are revenues accountancy and Payments procurement	Robert Hanger
