We have produced a Business Guide to help give businesses a better understanding of how the Council lets contracts for works, goods and services. It includes explanations of the Council's policies and procedures on inviting tenders and quotations.
These pages are intended to help anyone wishing to supply goods, works or services to the Council to understand
• how the Council conducts its relationships with suppliers
• the policies and procedures that affect contractual relationships
• what the Council expects from its suppliers
If you think we can improve this guide in any way, please let us know by e-mailing us at procurement@runnymede.gov.uk
How to use this Guide
The guide has been written to provide you with answers to questions you may have about our procurement processes. You do not have to read it from beginning to end. It has been structured so that you can use your mouse to click on further information if you require more details about a particular topic. Sometimes this will take you to another web site. All Runnymede’s policies and procedures are in public documents that are available on our web site and you will find links to those that are relevant to procurement on these pages.
