The Asset Management Plan is produced by Runnymede Borough Council providing the foundation for developing the principle of Corporate Property Management across all services. The plan supports the Council's principal aims and objectives and is linked to the Community Strategy and the Capital Strategy. It creates the corporate process for optimising the contribution that property makes to the delivery of quality services to the community and is supported by all heads of service and elected Members.
