Noise from neighbours and commercial/industrial noise is a common source of nuisance and can be upsetting. The Council's Environmental Protection Division will investigate complaints about noise and take all possible action to resolve them; this leaflet outlines the Council's policy for dealing with noise complaints.

Fairoaks aircraft noise

For noise complaints relating to Fairoaks Airport you can record your concerns with the airport on 01276 857300, 8am-6pm Monday to Saturday and 9am-6pm Sundays and Public Holidays. Outside these times an answerphone service is available on 01276 857700.

For residents living within Runnymede Borough Council area you are also welcome to record your concerns about the noise with the Environmental Protection Division, Runnymede Borough Council. Please call 01932 425131 during normal office hours.
