We now operate an electronic Personal Search Service at this Council.
To Register to use our On-Line Service please do the following:

On our website at (www.runnymede.gov.uk), choose to 'Register' (this only has to be done once).

Next you need to advise the Land Charges Officer of your User Name, this will then be enabled for you and as from that point you will be able to receive your searches on-line providing that you have paid for them via a debit/credit card over the phone at the time of booking the search.  Please note; a 1% charges is made for the use of a credit card (by the Bank).

You will still need to book in your search and provide a plan as normal, then as soon as we have the search completed we will post it in your specific area within the web site as a pdf document, this is usually the afternoon before the day the search is booked in for so you will actually receive your results more quickly.

To Access your Personal Search Results:  'Log in' to the Web Site, then select 'P' from the A-Z Index and then Personal Searches, you will then see a section saying Personal Searches and your Company Name.  Click on to access and you will see your pdf document with your search results which you can then display and print off if you wish.

Please note: if you don't wish to register for the on-line service we can email the results for you providing you have paid for the search at the time of booking.

No copies of Personal Search Results are given out at these Offices so this will save you time writing results of searches, also it will mean that you will not be restricted to a time for visiting the offices to inspect Statutory Registers if you make use of this service, which we hope you will.  Public Statutory Registers are available to inspect during normal office hours.
