Please email details of your search address and a clear location/site plan through to the Land Charges email (land.charges@runnymede.gov.uk). This will then be acknowledged and a day for inspection of the results will be given.

All personal searches are booked in and dealt with in strict order of receipt.

To inspect the results please do the following:

• go straight to a pc in the Civic Centre reception, there is an icon on the pc desktop called Land Charges personal searches, double click to open and you will see a folder with your company name on.

• double click on the folder and you will see a document with the address of your search, you can then open the document (by double clicking) and copy down the details.

• please close all these folders and documents once you have finished inspecting.
