The group will need to demonstrate annually that it has met criteria for each of the following and be able to provide examples.

1. Minutes and attendance records of all meetings held and ensure that the minimum amount of meetings as laid out in constitution have been held.

2. Evidence that all residents have been informed of the groups activities e.g. newsletter, invites to an open meeting, minutes of the committee meeting available or circulated.

3. Accurate accounting as laid out in the funding guidelines

4. Have an equal opportunities policy and demonstrate that as many people as possible are invited to become involved.
