INTRODUCTION - BUSINESS PROPERTY (VACANT)

As part of the work of the Runnymede Business Partnership the Borough Council regularly carries out a survey of the local commercial property market and produces a list of vacant premises. It helps to monitor the state of the property market on an annual basis and therefore is a useful bench marketing exercise.

The Borough of Runnymede is located to the south-west of London and includes the towns of Addlestone, Chertsey and Egham.
