If you are a tenant of the Borough you can pay rent in the following ways -
At any post office
Through a Bank Standing Order
By post (cheque payments only)
By Credit Card (please telephone 01932 425821 for details)
To pay at the Post Office you will need a swipe card and to pay through the bank you will need a Bank Standing Order form. Both of these can be obtained from our Tenancy Management Section on telephone number 01932 425821.
If you are not sure of how much to pay or are getting behind with the rent you will need to speak to one of our members of staff. Again please contact our Tenancy Management Officers on 01932 425821.
In 2008/2009 the average weekly rent for a council home in Runnymede is £82.09.

96.75% of tenants had clear rent accounts or owed less than 7 weeks rent at 6th April 2008.
Total amount of rent due for 2007/2008 was £14,122,001. Of this 99.80% was collected in the year.
Arrears outstanding at 6th April 2008 were £236,800 for current tenants and £17,598 for former tenants.
