As soon as you have successfully bid for a property and received your offer letter, an appointment will be made for you to meet with your Tenancy Management Officer to go through the sign up process for your new home.
As stated in your offer letter you will be required to provide, for each tenant: -
You will also be asked to pay one weeks/ months rent in advance and to discuss the method of payment for future rent.
We are currently writing to all tenants asking if they would like to pay by Direct Debit. If you have yet to receive a letter but would like to pay by this method please call the Tenancy Management Section on 01932 425821.
