‘Surrey Wheels 2 Work’ scheme and 'Wheels 2 Learn'  scheme

Both Surrey Wheels 2 Work and Wheels 2 Learn are a moped loan scheme, designed to help young people living in Surrey, who have limited or no access to public transport, to get to and from work/ college. Both schemes are funded in part by Surrey County Council and have the full support of Surrey Police.
