Everyday Sport is a Government initiative to get everyone the the country active and doing 30 minutes moderate intensity activity five times a week. This doesn't mean they want everyone doing a competitive sport, activities such as walking the dog and gardening are good forms of exercise.
Think Fit is a British Heart Foundation initiative, it encourages a healthy lifestyle in the workplace and gives advice on exercise and how to achieve a balanced diet.
Both websites have some good interactive tools and games to help you on your way and at the same time have some fun.
