The work of each section is as follows:

Audit Section

Responsible for internal investigations and audits of the Council's office and computer systems, contracts and value for money audits.

Insurance

Responsible for negotiation of policies and administration of claims relating to all aspects of the Council's insurance cover, including property, personal (third party and employer's liability), vehicles (other than officers' leased cars), etc.
