From April 1 2008, all planning applications which propose;

Instructions on how to use this document are explained on the front of the Unilateral Undertaking, the "Notes for the completion of the Unilateral Undertaking" are on page 17. There is now only one Unilateral Undertaking which covers both planning obligations and developments affected by the TBHSPA.
Due to the obligation being a legal document we will be unable to validate any planning applications until both the calculator AND the Unilateral Undertaking have been fully completed and submitted to Runnymede Borough Council and have been checked and considered valid.
We are also UNABLE to accept any alterations or additions to this document. If you have any questions about the above please contact your Planning Officer in the first instance.
Re-typed versions of this document will not be accepted only original copies downloaded from this website may be used.
Instructions on using the calculator are included within the obligations calculator itself.
Electronic submissions of these documents are not acceptable as an original signed copy is required with your application.
