From April 1st 2008, all planning applications to Runnymede Borough Council MUST be accompanied by a copy of a completed Planning Obligations calculator and a signed and completed copy of the Unilateral Obligations Document. Links to both of these documents are included below. Failure to do so will render the application invalid.

Instructions on using the calculator are included within the calculator itself.

If you are submitting a paper application, please complete the calculator electronically then print out the completed form and include it in your application with the signed unilateral.

If you are submitting your application electronically, please include a completed copy of the file as a .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) or as a .xls (Microsoft Excel) file.

Please note that that if the development in question is within the TBHSPA, a SEPARATE unilateral agreement will need to be completed ALSO.  The calculator if filled out correctly will include the payment for TBHSPA SANGS (£2000 per dwelling).
