Runnymede Dial a Ride is a door to door transport service - we take you there and we bring you back.

Dial A Ride uses low floor minibuses which are specially designed to be accessible for wheelchair users. All our drivers are trained to ensure that your journey is comfortable and easy.

We can take you to do your shopping, to visit friends and relatives, or to one of the many leisure facilities in the area - and then, of course, bring you home again!

It is a reliable, personal and friendly service, designed to help you enjoy greater freedom and independence.

We also run a series of special day trips for Dial a Ride members to popular destinations throughout the year.

Travel Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, to many local places.

With Runnymede Dial A Ride you can be picked up and set down anywhere within the Borough of Runnymede. This stretches from Woodham and New Haw to Egham, from Chertsey to Longcross.

We take you to specific destinations such as Woking, Staines, Weybridge, Brooklands and West Byfleet for shopping, and the leisure centres at Woking and Staines.

All you need to do is just tell us where you want to go when you book your journey.

To join is just £5 per year.

The service is for Runnymede residents with mobility difficulties.

If you live in Runnymede and have a mobility problem which makes it difficult for you to use the standard bus services available in our area, then Dial A Ride is perfect for you.

It is available to young and old alike, whether your mobility difficulty is as a result of permanent or temporary disability, age, accident or illness. And you do not have to be a registered disabled person to use the service.

Travelling with us is easy.
