Local Plan consultation

The consultation on the pre-submission version of the Local Plan Core Strategy took place between 14 February and 28 March 2013. The Council will give consideration to all representations made in due course. Please see the summary of representations for more information. Continuing good news for small businesses

In his Autumn Statement the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced a further one year extension of the temporary increase in Small Business Rate Relief. The extension means that eligible ratepayers will receive the increased relief through the whole of 2013/14 (until 31 March 2014). For more information see small business document.

Council Tax Support

The Government has abolished the national Council Tax Benefit scheme from 1 April 2013 and it has been replaced by a new local Council Tax Support scheme. For full details please see The Runnymede Council Tax Support Scheme.
