Biography: I have lived in Lyne Lane with my wife and three children for about 25 years, my wife and I having first moved to Chertsey in 1971. We now also have two grandchildren.
I was born in Richmond, Surrey where my grandfather was a Conservative Councillor many years ago.
I retired from the electronics/software industry a couple of years ago where I specialised in the commercial management aspects of the business. I was employed locally by Plessey Radar in Addlestone during the 70s and 80s before moving away to further my employment in London.
I have been actively involved with the Lyne Village Hall Management Committee for the last 15 years and have been chairman for the last six. I am also Chairman of the Runnymede Model Railway Club. My hobbies include steam railways and classic cars.
I am keen to help improve the Borough and in particular to help the villages within Foxhills retain their own rural identities.
