If you have any events that you would like to have listed, please either complete the attached form or send the programme for the event to Kayo Rippingham, Leisure Services, Runnymede Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH or email at kayo.rippingham@runnymede.gov.uk. 

Please note that we cannot publish events that are more frequent than once a month, the events must be in the borough or if it is in a neighbouring borough, your group or organisation must be based in Runnymede.

For your events details to be passed to the local press, please ensure that I receive your completed form or the event programme by the third Friday of each month, for the following month's events. For example, I must receive your completed form by the third Friday in November to have December's Events published. If you miss this deadline, your event will still be published on our website.
