To apply for a pitch booking
The following documents are in PDF format so that they can be downloaded, printed off, completed by hand and posted to Jackie Evans, Runnymede Borough Council, Runnymede Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2AH. Both the Reservation form and the Conditions form need to be completed and sent each time.
